AI Basics Bootcamp

Start here if you’ve never used AI, or you tried ChatGPT once and closed the tab.

Business colleagues discuss using AI** No experience is required!

You’ll learn what generative AI does, where it breaks, and how to tell the difference.

Most of the session is you at a keyboard: asking for what you want, getting a bad answer, and fixing it. You’ll practice checking whether an AI answer is true, and you’ll get a clear line on what you should never hand to a chatbot in the first place.

Before the session ends, you’ll have used AI on something from your own work or life.

  • A rule of thumb for when to trust AI output and when to verify it
